A Letter from Dr. Dank

I don't usually write personal letters like this but I thought since medical marijuana use is such a hot topic in Canada right now that this would be a good time. As you may or may not know, we here at Cannabis Canada.net feel very strongly about people's rights to use Cannabis, and this especially means for medicinal purposes. That said, this is a very exciting time in Canada for medical marijuana advocates, as it looks more and more like some major changes to our unjust and cruel medical marijuana laws are just around the corner.

I would like to share with you a brief story of what has happened to myself so far this year. In the middle of January I caught a nasty strain of the flu that took me about a week to get over. Or so I thought! A few days after returning to my regular rutine my ears began popping excessively. Extreme pressure throughout my sinus' and along both side of my head soon followed, causing terrible head/ear aches as well as loss of balance. Since I already use marijuana regularly, I never thought to stop because of my ear problems. ....Well, it's going on ten weeks of constant irritation and discomfort, and marijuana has proven far more effective than the 400mg ibuprofens (2 every 4 hours) for the pain. Not to mention, no one wants a stomach full of ibuprofen, let alone for 3 months!!! I've also found that smoking helps to relieve the pressure in my head, although it admittedly makes my ears pop more for about the first half an hour or so, I'm not sure if it is a bad thing. The fact that it relieves the pressure is very beneficial for obvious reasons but also because it has allowed me to take less Sudafed, which upsets my stomach and makes it hard for me to sleep (or even relax).

The fourth doctor I went to finally gave me some antibiotics, telling me that since I've already exhausted every other avenue that there's a good chance that it is an inner ear infection. It's been 6 days and there finally feeling a little better today, there's no way to know for sure yet, but I'm praying. I realize that this is insignificant to the fight for legal medical marijuana and it is not meant as a serious argument. I just wanted to share my story to add yet another testimonial about the healing effects of this amazing herb.

Peace and herbal healing from Dr. Dank
